Dunkin' Donuts in Bangor

“I figured I would come on and share this short story My Wife works as the head of her department at the hospital and I work for myself so I am able to leave and bring her coffees throughout the day. I stopped at a different Dunkin today and got her a coffee and was treated with A poor attitude, The wrong size coffee, they corrected it however they did it poorly in the coffee didn’t really taste like coffee and I ended up bringing it to the Hogan Road location and they greeted me with smiles and made me feel like a valued customer for once. I love this store and I usually love the other store too however, today they dropped the ball on My service. I just wanna give Hogan wrote their flowers today and say thank you for making it right and doing it with a smile that made all the difference. PS when you get Dunkin’ Donuts every day and you order pretty much the same thing every day you know what you expect and when they don’t give you something anywhere near as similar as you normally get there is a problem there“

“This location is the absolute gold standard for any Dunkin. I have gone Dunkin every single day for YEARS. I grew up in the Newport area where every single damn day they would get my order wrong and have to remake it. It became quite a love hate relationship. When I moved to Bangor 4 years ago I started going to this location. There has never been a better team of people. I have absolutely never had an issue with my order in 4 years of going here. I think maybe once a forgotten cold foam which they fixed immediately. And once I got the wrong flavor in my refresher, fixed immediately. These people treat their regulars like GOLD. The core team genuinely cares about the product that they are putting out. Whenever I go to another location, it's an utter disaster where they make it wrong and THEN want to argue with you. All these lower reviews sound like Karen crazies who have ridiculous complicated orders with shitty attitudes.

I LOVE THE BROADWAY TEAM!!“

“I come here everyday for no other reason than it is the Dunkin closest to my work, but today I was having an awful day. I could not compose myself in the drive thru, and as I was reloading my dunkin app, Abigail paid for my food out of her own pocket. She refused payment from me, and her kindness completely made my day. Thank you Abigail for being the sun to shine through my clouds.“

“On July 10, 2026 around 11a.m., I came into the shop to get a coffee. There were two people in front of me who were obviously struggling with their order, with their money, and with life in general. They took a very large amount of time ordering and an even longer time putting their money together. I was not in a hurry so I just waited. While I waited I noticed that the young man behind the counter was so very kind and so very gentle and so very patient with these two lovely human beings. I just wanted to acknowledge that he was kind.“
