I enjoy this place. My dad takes us to sit with him while he hangs with his buddies for security during concert nights. You can hear it very well here. Donuts are good, people here are nice!

Every time i place a doordash order they don’t give me all my items or burn my food. I literally got 2 drinks and munchkins. They didn’t give me my munchkins so i placed another order and called, and asked for the extra i didn’t get. They said they would give me extra and I got the order and got less than what I paid for, it’s ridiculous.

I dont know why this chain is so popular. Mediocre food and coffee. I wish more people would go to local coffee shops to support small business
Usually a quick spot but occasionally, like today, it took 17 minutes for them to tell me there were no english muffins.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up at the main st, location in Bangor Maine, they left out my 24 assorted munchkins and told me that order never came through… I get home and review my order, which it was on there and I was charged for the item. So, I call and talk to an employee and they said sorry it was their mistake so I went back down after already being home once, and got my order and I asked Dylan, an employee, if I could get a wake up wrap for my troubles.. which they refused… highly don’t recommend this one’s customer satisfaction rates here…

They gave me not only unmelted cheese on the breakfast croissant, it was cold right out of the fridge. Ruin the sandwich, disgusting. Poor training by the management.
