Absolutely the worst ran fast food place ever. I think a good portion of staff are high on the job. Had to insist to get our drinks from a blank staring girl who didn’t know what planet she was on, and gave us dirty looks when we asked for our drinks. Our potatoes had no gravy and were ice cold. Over worked employees, ordered 2hours ahead and still sat for 30mins for the good. It takes 20mins for chicken to cook so I can't explain that away. Then the food was cold I just don't get it. Watched 2 people come back in from the drive thru missing items. You need to hire more

Why is the chicken constantly burnt? Are they refrying or is this the way original recipe is now? And the large potatoes and coleslaw were half full...Went back a few days later and chicken on original was burnt again... the same burnt chicken... and half full containers...With food this expensive it's disappointing.But why always burnt chicken.
