We love dining at the Tarratine! We had the duck and the scallops with mushroom risotto…both were excellent. Followed up with dessert: raspberry crème brûlée and flourless chocolate torte. Yum! Excellent service!
I went for my birthday for the first time since moving to the area. I ordered an old-fashioned and it showed up on the rocks glass half full! That should be addressed, we’re adults if you pay $15 for a drink you would like your glass full lol. It won’t stop me from going back, but I won’t pay for an overpriced drink. Throw a little extra ice and a little club soda on that old-fashioned to fill up the glass please. The presentation was very stingy, but the price isn’t stingy...
The historic building was still artistically dressed for the holiday season. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The dinner overall was very good, but the entrees didn't meet the expectations set by the prices. Still, it was an enjoyable evening.
