Rude staff. Don’t recommend. The prices are high and the ice cream was average

Large portions but hard to see selections, rushed through with rude employees and waffle cone was terrible. Will definitely not be back.

cross contamination in the ice cream, overpriced, and not friendly service. every flavor I looked in had globs of other flavors in the batch, including my ice cream which had a giant glob of mint in it, also they need to de- ice their cabinets because there were ice shavings in my ice cream. ice cream itself would be enjoyable had it not been for those factors

The ice cream was delicious, and we enjoyed eyeing up the candy as we waited in line. Once you get to the counter, they rush you along in a very unfriendly manner. It’s a very small amount of ice cream for $14. It didn’t even reach the top of the cone and there was a lot of space between the small scoops. We had equally good over cream with larger portions for about half the price at other local places with much friendlier service. We don’t be returning.

Overpriced but its in a tourist area youre paying for the experience and the amazing ice cream. Staff were so kind and friendly. Will make this a yearly tradition.

Outrageously priced mediocre ice cream. The waffle cones have a strange, chalky texture and are flavorless. Other stores in town are much better.

The best ice cream and very good staff.

Fun little sweets shop with tons of ice cream flavors you can sample and choose from! Workers are friendly and informative. Friends and I passed some time looking for little knick knacks and souvenirs while in town and enjoyed Ben & Bill’s!

Had a nice time getting ice-cream. Don't expect your cup or cone to be overflowing. You're going to feel like a number, but the taste is great, ambiance is also excellent. Staff is not unfriendly.

This was an amazing ice cream place and had so many options. Their blueberry soft serve was to DIE for and so worth it but highly recommend getting it in a smaller cone because cone #1 is huge if trying it before you know if you like it. Also, it gets very busy! I went on a thursday night with barely any line but came saturday-sunday night, the line was out the door.

Pretty good. The place is run like a well oiled machine very organized and farm animal herding style line causes quite bit of pressure given the choices of ice cream, chocolate, pie, candy, etc.! It's a lot. The quality is great and the staff are as well. The lobster ice cream is worth trying for the experience but nothing to write home about. Little pricey but worth it!
