The experience at this place was wonderful. This was because it was awesome. My mom and I came to this place while on vacation, and the ice cream there was delicious. My mom and I had blueberry ice cream, which tasted sweet and wonderful. The service was wonderful and the atmosphere was quiet.

Recommend this shop over any other ice cream shop in town! They allow you to sample a flavor before buying. (All were very delicious)
We were a few blocks away (near 2 other ice cream shops) so we stopped by those first. Neither allowed samples and one place had rude staff. We ended up at this shop, and were happy to give our business to a place more welcoming!

The blueberry ice cream is worth the stop. Grab a cone (or bowl of your boring like me) and walk across the street to the park. Sit yourself on a bench and enjoy a beautiful view of Bar Island and the water... And the ice cream, of course.

Guys, you've got to try this ice cream – it's seriously the best on the island! It's top-notch stuff. The staff is amazing and super fun! Forget about the Jordan Pond House Restaurant and splurge on the whole town ice cream – you won't regret it!

The ice cream is good quality with a nice rich creaminess. I would have given this a better rating, but I ordered a cookie dough on a waffle cone, and I got only about 5 little bits of chocolate in on the scoops. It was pretty much just nice creamy vanilla. Very very disappointing.

Vegetarian options: It is ice cream, so if you have a problem with it you should ask if they have any non-veg styles (with egg yolk for example)

Parking: Just drive around until you find a spot. Pay at kiosk with License plate and by hour

Kid-friendliness: Ice cream...nuff said

Had the frosted lemonade and the blackberry. The frosted lemonade was deliciously sour, and the staff was very friendly. Out of three different high rated ice cream places in the area this was the best by a wide margin.

I really wish they would offer a one scoop option. I tried the beehive brownie, which was good except there were very few brownie pieces. I also tried the chocolate ice cream, the chocolate flavor was okay but imo not good, I probably wouldn’t get it again.
If this is truly the best ice cream bar harbor has to offer (which many reviews claim), that is an incredibly low bar. It’s fine, but I would save your ice cream-buying for the grocery store or another town
