The complimentary sopapillas were delicious, as was the carnitas quesadilla, and the server was very friendly. The burritos were just alright. They had a fair amount of indoor and outdoor seating which was nice.

We stumbled on this place by accident, and boy did we luck out. We are from New Mexico/Arizona and love New Mexican cuisine. We were sceptical, but we were quickly convinced by both their green, and red salsa. Turns out they ship in their own Hatch chilis and roast them on-site; the flavors speak for themselves. Almost forgot, the bartender makes great margaritas (I recommend the Prickly Pear). Lisa provides outstanding service and represents all that is wonderful about this restaurant.

We visited for lunch after 4 days of eating lobster. We wanted something different and this did not dissapoint. We are from Michigan and have many Mexican restaurants in the heart of detroit but nothing compared to the food here. The salsa's were so good. The enchilada was absolutely amazing. Sam was a wonderful server. Kudo's to the cooks and staff. We may be back for dinner 😁 My husband said the review isn't even enough. He is Mexican and everything from the beans to the rice tasted like his grandma's cooking.

Somewhat limited options since, as another review pointed out, the beans are not vegan, but I got the cabacitas tacos and they were delicious. Service was great; our server knew what veganism was and what to recommend.

The food here was amazing! You have to try their stacked enchiladas, a unique spin on normal ones!! I wish they had better chips with the salsa and guacamole but this didn’t ruin the experience.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant today. We received only part of our order, and after waiting for a some time, we asked about the remaining order. Instead of receiving help, the staff particularly the manager responded impatiently and asked us to leave the restaurant right away. This surprise response was extremely rude and shocking. We tried to explain that our two 5-year-old children are eating, but the manager dismissed our concern by saying they are not even eating and insisted we leave, saying they do not want us in their restaurant.Ultimately, we had to take our food and fed kids at a nearby park, which was very upsetting. On top of this poor treatment, we were charged a 20% gratuity despite receiving incomplete and discourteous service. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and lacked any basic customer service or patience. There is no proper discussion from their end but just repeatedly asked us to leave the restaurant is very disheartening. Just imagine what would be our response when small kids ask us why we were leaving so soon without even finishing our food, very disappointing.
This is a true and genuine review of what we have felt during our visit, we were kind to the staff but we received rudeness in return which is intolerable especially when we visit with small kids. We truly believe this review will be taken positively and help the restaurant to learn from our visit and serve better for future costumers.
