This place is a MUST! Over the week we have been in Bar Harbor we have ate at A LOT of places, Tap & Barrel is hands the best meal I’ve had here by a long shot. Marina was super knowledgeable and gave 15/10 service! You will not regret stopping here and grabbing a bite to eat or even just some drinks!

Georgia (my pup) and I stopped in for lunch after a hike in Acadia last Saturday. The food was amazing, beer was 10/10, and the service we great!
My favorite was the grilled cheese

I'm so sorry I didn't catch our servers name but she was fabulous! Always fun to shoot the shit with a fellow Mainer and thank you for being so kind to Georgia❤️

and we'll be back after our next adventure!!

This review is strictly for the drinks here as we did not have any food. Although some of the menu sounded very good and may return in the future for that. The drink options here seemed endless and I was extremely impressed by their craft beer options. Easily the best in the area for a bar/restaurant. I think it even rivals some spots in the Portland area. The owner has done a phenomenal job getting a good variety from near and far. If you are a craft beer lover this is the spot...
