I hired Gourmet in a Pinch to cater an important event for some dear friends. Paul and Chef Charisa made everything so simple, and we asked a lot of them. Our party was only accessible by boat, and required a lot of schlepping, and yet they took it all in stride. The food was delicious, and they did everything with a smile, even as a storm came up and we had to move everything quickly inside. Paul and Chef Charisa were great to work with and prepared a wonderful 80th birthday dinner for my mother. There were 22 people and we opted for pass appetizers and a sit down dinner to celebrate. Food was excellent as was the service and professionalism. Highly recommended.

We hired Paul and his team for our Family Reunion on Lake Kezar on July 4th. They have terrific menu options and make everything very easy. We hosted a party for 44 people and also had the Chef prepare take home food for the following days. They recommended great choices for our group and the feedback from my family was uniformly positive. They were professional and courteous and just really pleasant people. We will use them again - you should too!
