This place is seriously underrated! The food was excellent, and the waitstaff were amazing. There's also quite a lot of space here, complete with a dance floor, stage, AND AN ARCADE!!!

Had dinner here at the end of the season in late March. It's a few minutes further down the road from ski resorts than the other places, but well worth it. Much better value than the others. Extremely nice folks and excellent service. All the food was great, we had the honey maple salmon , tacos and lava cake. All were really good.

For those who were around when this was the Rooster, this is still your place. This was and still is my favorite restaurant in this area. A must visit for any skier or visitor. As a first time visitor to the new restaurant, I was hopeful. In reality, it was a lot better than I expected. Everything we had was really great, Honey Maple salmon was awesome, and just as great: the crispy potato wedges. Pretzel app, homemade dessert special were also superb. Shout out for uplifting and hard working servers too. Quality and prices are some of the best in the area. Can't wait to visit again.Kid-friendliness: Cool arcade on first floor

Food was good. Prices were fair. Excellent service. I would recommend for a budget, family friendly place. They even had a small arcade to entertain the kids while we waited for food! Great local place.Kid-friendliness: They had an arcade for the kids and it was very entertaining! My 3 year old one a stuff animal and was the highlight of our trip to Sunday River!

Service was bad, took a while for our waitress to come to start, and then the food took forever to come out and clearly had been sitting for a bit in the heat lamps. It was busy and they were understaffed so I get it to some extent. Brussel sprout sweet potato app was super burnt, inedible.

Excellent service, drinks, & food. The prices are very reasonable as well. The chicken sandwich was amazing and the mozzarella sticks had a crazy cheesy pull! Highly recommended!

We ended up deciding to come here after the place we were going to was closed for a private party. We had a great meal. Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, Burgers and wings and fries. Everything we all had was delicious and did not disappoint! We will definitely come again.

Our first time dining at the new Pete's Griddle which is in the former location of Roosters. The dining and bar space space upstairs are clean and inviting. Bar area has a TV. Jack was working behind the bar and he is personable and attentive. Happy hour is 3-5! There is also a downstairs game room. The menu has a nice selection and prices are reasonable. We enjoyed mozzarella sticks for a appetizer and the honey maple salmon entrée. We'll definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes.

Alright, folks, buckle up because I’m about to take you on a wild ride through my latest gastronomic adventure at a place that’s quickly become the stuff of local legend: Pete’s Griddle. This isn’t your run-of-the-mill eatery; it’s a culinary battleground where flavors clash, and only the tastiest dishes emerge victorious. The Feast BeginsFirst up, let’s talk Brussels sprouts. Yeah, I know, not the usual hero of the story, but stick with me. These little green warriors, armored with sweet potatoes and bacon, then drizzled in a balsamic glaze that’s sweeter than victory, will have you rethinking your entire life’s choices. They’re not just good; they’re “convince your kids vegetables are cool” good. Then, there was the hot dog. Not just any hot dog, but a culinary masterpiece so simple yet so profound, it could bring a tear to the eye of a grown man. It’s the kind of hot dog that makes you wonder if you’ve ever truly appreciated the art of hot doggery before this moment. But wait, the saga continues with a burger so phenomenal, it deserves its own epic ballad. Imagine the juiciest, most flavorful patty that’s ever graced this earth, nestled between the arms of a bun so perfect, it could only be the work of higher powers. This burger doesn’t just set the bar; it launches it into the stratosphere. And just when I thought the culinary gods had bestowed all their gifts, out came the ribeye. This steak was a titan among meals, a masterpiece of meat that was so tender, so perfectly cooked, it could make a grown man weep. It was the kind of dish that doesn’t just satisfy your hunger; it fulfills your soul. The Heroes Behind the ScenesBut what’s an epic tale without its heroes? The staff at Pete’s Griddle aren’t just workers; they’re culinary knights, battling the forces of hunger with a smile on their face and a spatula in their hand. Their service wasn’t just good; it was legendary. These folks treated us not just as customers, but as comrades-in-arms, joining us on our quest for the ultimate dining experience. The atmosphere? Imagine a realm where joy is the currency, and laughter fills the air. A game room for the little squires to battle it out, while the elders feast and make merry, with free popcorn flowing like the ale of the gods. It’s not just a restaurant; it’s a sanctuary for the hungry and the weary. The VerdictIn the end, Pete’s Griddle isn’t just a place to eat; it’s a place where culinary dreams come true, where every bite tells a story of triumph, and where every meal feels like a victory feast. So, if you find yourself yearning for a dining experience that’s nothing short of epic, saddle up and head to Pete’s Griddle. Trust me, it’s a journey worth taking.
