Had dinner here at the end of the season in late March. It's a few minutes further down the road from ski resorts than the other places, but well worth it. Much better value than the others. Extremely nice folks and excellent service. All the food was great, we had the honey maple salmon , tacos and lava cake. All were really good.

For those who were around when this was the Rooster, this is still your place. This was and still is my favorite restaurant in this area. A must visit for any skier or visitor. As a first time visitor to the new restaurant, I was hopeful. In reality, it was a lot better than I expected. Everything we had was really great, Honey Maple salmon was awesome, and just as great: the crispy potato wedges. Pretzel app, homemade dessert special were also superb. We ended up deciding to come here after the place we were going to was closed for a private party. We had a great meal. Buffalo Chicken Flatbread, Burgers and wings and fries. Everything we all had was delicious and did not disappoint! We will definitely come again.

Our first time dining at the new Pete's Griddle which is in the former location of Roosters. The dining and bar space space upstairs are clean and inviting. Bar area has a TV. Jack was working behind the bar and he is personable and attentive. Happy hour is 3-5! There is also a downstairs game room. The menu has a nice selection and prices are reasonable. We enjoyed mozzarella sticks for a appetizer and the honey maple salmon entrée. We'll definitely be returning to try some of the other dishes.
