I’m not one to typically review places, but I just had to for this restaurant. I’ve lived in Maine for 8 months & this is hands down the best meal I’ve had in this state. I had their pasta special- aglio e olio & homemade tiramisu. The servers were friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and was DELICIOUS.
Loved this new restaurant in Bethel!Food was delicious and service was fast and friendly. We had the nightly specials which were so tasty and then the house made desserts. Special dinner. Highly recommend!!Vegetarian options: Easy to find fun vegetarian options.

First time at the Watershed and we felt like family from the moment we walked in. We were greeted cheerfully and seated promptly by the Tom, the owner. His wife Vicky, the chef, designed a fantastic menu. We enjoyed our appetizer of Raclette, delicious with house made focaccia. Our food came out hot and quickly.
