Been going here for many years. First time I got a BURNT cup of coffee. Went there thinking a nice cup of jo' would cheer me up. Nope! You only had 1 job in life, make fresh coffee and replace it regularly...Coffee you know..your biggest seller and why your in that type of business
Highly recommend the rewards program. I think it works out to about 10 percent savings

Dunkin' is a welcoming restaurant with friendly employees, known for their donuts and coffee. The service can be a bit slow when it's busy, but the staff is always polite and patient. The two older women working in the mornings are especially friendly and enthusiastic. Despite the no-tipping policy, customers appreciate the good food and service, and often return for more.
