“I cannot say enough about this friendly restaurant that has been a business for 25 years and continues to offer out outstanding, affordable food. This is a small town with not a lot of dining options. There’s a fancy place up the street and a kind of an in between place further down the street but this is where local people come to eat. No pretension. Just really good food. And a friendly serving staff. We had the special tonight, which was their bourbon beef tips, pulled pork and incredibly favorful mashed potatoes. Food was so good. The drinks were generous and top notch. The strawberry shortcake, and I’m not kidding about this might be the best strawberry shortcake I have ever tasted. if you’re in this area, you owe it yourself to stop. Friendly place. Delicious food. You won’t be disappointed”

“Good pizza with the normal toppings... thin enough to fold, but not quite as thin as NY pizza (IYKYK). Their home-made chicken tenders with fries are a family favorite. The baklava is the real deal. Only order to go, but the staff are always friendly and curtious even when they're swamped.”

My son had a chocolate donut with sprinkles, I had a coffee…nothing special, but her genuine smile and offering to have a nice day had a rare authenticity that was something special.
