This was our second visit to Cabbage Island for their famous clambakes, and this time, we brought a whole crew. While it is a bit pricey, it’s definitely worth the drive to Maine for a weekend to experience this distinctive way of enjoying their renowned lobsters.
My family was up visiting my cousin and her husband and she planned a very memorable day. You start off taking a boat tour toward the island. Wish I had taken more pictures. At the island you enjoy 2 lobsters, clams, chowder, boiled egg, an onion, baked potato, corn on the cob, melted butter, ice tea, coffee, and the Best blueberry cake I have ever had. The people serving you are Stellar, mostly very intelligent and very sweet teens earning money for college. Seeing these younger...
