Vegan options were chocolate, Oreo, and strawberry. Chocolate tasted like Dutch process cocoa. Oat base, I believe.

This is the best ice cream anywhere! We had chocolate and coconut almond chip. In a waffle cone and they were huge! The guy behind the counter was great. It was close to closing and we were the only people there. He was patient and helpful with questions. Sorry I didn’t take pictures we couldn’t stop eating! Go here!!

I haven’t been able to enjoy an ice cream for years because everything is over sweetened, just too much sugar everywhere but here. If you worry about your health but still want a good treat. I highly recommend Downeast Ice Cream Factory!

Went a couple times while visiting Maine and it was some of the best ice cream I have eaten! So rich and creamy! Highly highly recommend comming if you are passing through or staying in Booth Bay!!
There is a large selection of ice cream. Tourist location prices, but we paid them and enjoyed the flavors.
