Super cute Ice cream shop! I just got a basic small hot fudge sundae with the works that was delicious and more than enough ice cream. The worker was super nice as well!

Best cheesecake ice cream flavors anywhere and the waffle bowls are perfect! My dad loves the homemade Rum Raisin. He said it's the best he's had outside of Switzerland. It's clean and quiet and definitely a destination ice cream shop that's totally worth the trip.

Excellent locally made ice cream! Upon arrival I thought the prices were too high but after getting my 1-scoop dish I was pleased with the value. The ice cream was rich and creamy. I could’ve done the kiddie size and been satisfied. We tried the chocolate fudge Oreo and maple walnut. Both were amazing.

Forever a fan of the ice cream factory!!! The portions are so generous and any flavour is fantastic! Fair warning to my fellow Canadians - the currency conversion makes this ice cream quite expensive, however it is highly worth it!

Don't get ice cream here if you don't want to be harassed by staff and people from cruise ships. My young child and I were harassed by cruise ship staff inside of this ice cream place, and the ice cream staff did nothing to assist us. In the end, the cruise ship staff forced us to leave the ice cream place with half eaten ice creams that we had to throw away.

This establishment is NOT family friendly. I went to take my son to get ice cream after dinner. When we walked in we were greeted with loud inappropriate music. Yes, I mean full on swearing multiple times and the girls behind the counter didn’t care. I called them out on their inappropriate music and one of the young girls turned it off from her phone. I take it this is NOT company standard. When I explained that the ONLY reason I was placing my order was because I promised my son ice cream, the two young girls behind the counter giggled. I will no longer step foot in this establishment. I will be taking my business across the street to “Sarah Scoops” as I’ve heard their ice cream is better and I’m sure they have better service.

Ice cream was delicious, but very expensive. $6-7 for a single scoop, no toppings.

We walked in on Sat. afternoon for a treat. The Sign for soft serve was posted. We were told they are out of it. Last year we were told 2 wks after they opened the soft serve machine was broken. Disappointing to say the least. Summer in BBH, at an ice factory with no soft serve sounds more than ridiculous.

This place has been a fixture of Boothbay for a generation. Generous servings and unusual flavors. A nice seaside deck outside where you can eat your cones or cups of joy. We had the black cherry and blueberry cheesecake flavors. We wanted to try unusual things! Both were excellent although not as creamy as we had remembered from before. The prices are quite high - $6 for a large adult-sized scoop in a cup the other night.
