Went a couple times while visiting Maine and it was some of the best ice cream I have eaten! So rich and creamy! Highly highly recommend comming if you are passing through or staying in Booth Bay!!
Best cheesecake ice cream flavors anywhere and the waffle bowls are perfect! My dad loves the homemade Rum Raisin. He said it's the best he's had outside of Switzerland. It's clean and quiet and definitely a destination ice cream shop that's totally worth the trip.
I haven’t been able to enjoy an ice cream for years because everything is over sweetened, just too much sugar everywhere but here. If you worry about your health but still want a good treat. I highly recommend Downeast Ice Cream Factory!
