“The food is good, usually fresher than alot of fast foods. The service is hit or miss. They clearly took a hit with the hired help when covid came around and havent really gotten back to where they should be. In my opinion theyre short staffed but usually the staff is very apologetic. Sometimes i find they get hot headed when its busier but they usually never forget any of our food and we order for 3 kids and 2 adults. We ate in last time and it was pretty clean for the most part. Usually pretty busy here as well. Lots of a variety so if ur indecisive this could be a good place for u cause they offer variety box meals.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly. What kids dont like chicken tenders or nuggets and their fries are unmatched. Theyre so good! Especially when theyre fresh out the fry vat!
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have close up parking spots but not an automated door.“

“I went to a Murder 207 mystery dinner and the kitchen staff was so accommodating to my celiac disease! They truly went above and beyond any place I have eaten in the Bangor area!“

“They’re good is pretty decent when they remember all the food you order. Tonight was the fourth time they forgot the fries or onion rings. There is always one side missing no matter what platform we order on (we’ve used DoorDash & UberEats).“

“Overall, I can only really rate the food, as all I did was go inside to pick up the order I had placed online earlier. I ordered 2 items. One was good, the other not so much. The Papa Bowl, which is essentially a pizza without the crust, tasted very good? If I were you, I'd stick with this avenue of food. I also had ordered a dessert. That, sadly, was sub par. It was supposed to be an oreo dough bite. I tasted the dough, but that was it. The Oreo part was very underwhelming. I'll probably go back, but I'll order just savory things next time.
Parking: Papa Johns is located in a teenie little off shoot of the Kohls complex. There aren't really many spots right around it itself. Better to park in front of Kohls and walk over.“

“1st time customer. Found the place to be quiet and clean. Had a community feel about the place (chalk wall added to that atmosphere) I commented that the place seemed MUCH cleaner than some other Dominos establishments I frequent. My spouse and myself had no issues with our pizza's and if we were in the mood and in the area we would stop by again.
Again I stress it seemed much cleaner than most competitors. No awful smell and the cooking/prep area behind the counter was an encouraging sight before ordering my meal.“
“Ended up canceling our order because staff had not a clue on how to do an order change. No management supervision at this location.“

“Dae, the assistant manager, killed it. The store was SLAMMED when I went in, to the point where I felt almost anxious. I almost offered to apron-up and start helping make pies. Dae not only was directing the team (who all were also killing it), but was greeting everyone who walked in, was updating them on their orders, and keeping things going. Top notch team, top notch food. Things get busy, it happens at restaurants, but the very brief wait was worth it.“

“I love everybody at this location.... I grab lunch here pretty regular as my hubby and I work down the road and its affordable to split a pizza for lunch. It started as hot and ready pizzas now.. now I hit reorder on the app, set a time, and what I want is waiting when I get there! Justin treats you like a lifelong friend 🧡 100% worth trying this location even if you have written off Little Ceasars“
