Awesome combination of food chains!!!
Love me some chicken! 🐔 Thanks colonel
Very unorganized, staff have no direction and often look at eachother in confusion- especially when there’s a line or a lot of people.
Often waiting 10 to sometimes even 30+ minutes to pick up a delivery order. Absolutely insane, needs better leadership a lot of folks who look like they have no one to turn to for direction.

KFC serves good food, including fried chicken and Mac n cheese. However, service can be inconsistent, with long wait times and mistakes in delivery. Some customers have reported cold food and old oil, giving the food a funny taste. On the other hand, others have had positive experiences with cold and refreshing drinks, and would definitely go back.
