I’m just curious… are hidden pickles in famous bowls a thing now?
Very friendly, nice and clean. Messed up daughter's order, but swapped out item and let us keep the wrong item in staff of throwing it out.
Ordered four meals, all but one had a biscuit. Missing sauces, missing ice in all the drinks, disappointing. Wouldn't go back

Based on the reviews, this Taco Bell / KFC restaurant receives mixed feedback. The exemplary customer service from polite, hardworking staff is noted, with both Taco Bell and KFC food being absolutely perfectly cooked. The Brewer Maine store has awesome employees who treat customers like family, and the staff are very kind and trying their best even when very busy. The cashier took an order correctly and was friendly and patient.
However, service needs work. One visit took a very long time, with a wait of probably over 10 minutes to order and at least 20 to 30 minutes for chicken tenders, a chicken sandwich, a crunchy taco thing, and sides. There was no ketchup out front and no ice out front. A girl working on sides was obnoxious and talking smack about the cook, which was not professional. Another order was correct for adult combos but kids' meals were wrong, with one order of fries, one applesauce pouch, and one side missing entirely.
The Brewer store deals with hell during concerts but the cool kid that likes NIN and works the window deserves a raise. The clean place gets customers in and out as quick as possible. The food is hot and good when finally received, though one reviewer will try Broadway next time.
