I will not be returning to this Taco Bell. The potatoes in the spicy potato soft taco were burnt, dry and/or old — crunchy all the way through. There weren’t many inside, and it was mostly sauce. The refried beans in one of my burritos seemed old — flaky, cold and could roll into a ball. My third burrito was overloaded with sour cream and missing refried beans. If you’re deciding on what to eat, don’t settle on this Taco Bell. Choose the other option or drive to the one in Bangor. I’ve eaten at a lot of Taco Bells around the country, and this is by far the worst food I’ve ever received. It wasn’t normal “Taco Bell” quality inaccuracy.

i got a burned quesadilla it smelled so bad i smelled it was burned right when i got my food, got an unbelievably watered down baja blast, the lady who took my order sounded like she wanted to quit or like she was going to spit in my food all i wanted to do was eat some damn taco bell after my long ass shift and i got a quesadilla so burnt my pets arent even interested in it

I'm not sure if whoever was working tonight will see this at the Taco Bell in Brewer but i just had to come on and stay thank you for going above and beyond to fix our door dash order. Wow, upon receiving my order with half of my items missing via I had to check my bag and bring it to their attention they had missed some items. I heard some bickering and complaints in the background as they were asked by the guy in the window for the items missed, the chips and cheese I ordered literally had maybe 7 chips tops THROWN into the bag with the rest of the food. This is just unacceptable on so many levels and I will NEVER be returning to this location again.
