I would like to complain about my recent experience from DQ brewer drive thru... tonight, on 6/28 I ordered a blizzard. I pulled up to the window and they handed me my blizzard, melting. Dropped globs of ice cream all over my brand new shirt and seatbelt and then when I complained I got a few napkins, after the ice cream was melting down every side of the cup. Within 5 minutes the entire cup was about melted and I was sticky and disgusting. Worst experience I've had so far. 😡
I noticed year that the soft serve is not quite frozen enough. It even looks droopy on the cone and by the time you get to the bottom, it’s liquified and making the cone soft. I had stopped going to this location because of this and had figured they would have fixed by this year but apparently not.
This plane only offers ice cream. Not food. But you get very speedy service and the staff are helpful and friendly. They don't offer inside service but you can go through the drive thru or park and walk up to the window and they have tables in the front that you can sit at.
