Very nice food. Drinks were FABULOUS. Heard workers yelling but whatever. Drinks were also cold, very cold/REFRESHING. Would definitely go again! Fried chicken amazing and Mac n cheese. Also don’t listen to the other reviews they’re jealous and trying to get free food. I would advertise for KFC any day.

Wanted a 3 piece dinner with dark meatat 6:30 in the evening. Was informed they had stopped cooking dark meat and were out for evening. Had a chicken pot pie instead which I found bland and tasteless and lacking much chicken.

Sure, I got there 20 minutes before closing. - I was traveling. The menu was limited. Had to get bone in pieces. Side substitutes too. No utensils For the sidesNo napkins. Biscuit was a brick. And the chicken breast did not taste like the original recipe that I remembered. Chicken was stringy too.4 hours later I had stomach pains and was lookin for a bathroom.

Arrived 20 minutes early to pick up an online order and let the staff know I could take the order as soon as it was ready. I was told it would be right up. 7 or 8 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready I went back to check on it again. I was told I would have to wait another 6 or 7 minutes for the chicken. Gave them 15 minutes and my order still wasn't ready. Had to ask about it again. Took them another 5 minutes to get the order ready. And the hot and spicy wings were burnt to a crisp.

I think the food tastes better at this KFC than the one in Ellsworth - especially the chicken.I do like that the employees seem to be good friends with each other.Overall, they do a great job.Parking: Plenty of parking.

They should probably take the sign out of the window that says “no refunds, we guarantee we will make your order right.” Don’t make promises you can’t keep. Twice in the last month or so I’ve had to waste half my lunch break driving back to the restaurant to get my sandwich made the way I order it. Both times it was correct on the receipt but apparently the people making the food lack reading skills or just don’t care.

Ordered a 20 piece meal for family. Man fixing the food didn’t want to fill order completely because he didn’t want to run out and have to make more. My large sides were filled like smalls and the young cashier with glasses wouldn’t help rectify the problem. A nicer employee came out eventually and told her employee he needed to fill the orders appropriately.
