Ruby Tuesday offers a pleasant dining experience with delicious food and friendly service. The burger with gluten free buns and honey mustard sauce hit the spot, cooked perfectly as requested. The staff, although short-staffed, are accommodating and helpful. The salmon, zucchini, rice pilaf, Cajun chicken, and shrimp entrees are exceptional, with perfectly cooked components. The bartender, Katlin, provides great service, with fast and friendly service. The grilled shrimp tacos are flavorful and slightly spicy, a dish worth ordering again. The general manager, Patricia, has turned the restaurant around, providing excellent customer service and navigating through the pandemic successfully. Ruby Tuesday in Brewer is a great spot for a meal, a beer, or to watch a game.
