McDonald's in Brunswick

“I visited this McDonald's in Brunswick Maine on 5 May 25. What I found there renued my faith in humanity. The store manager Lutrell (I hope I spelled that correctly) was clearly understaffed. He with one other employee seemed to be running the whole store. Lutrell was running the front of the house and doing an amazing job. He was cheerful and had a welcoming smile. Clearly he was stressed and feeling the pressure that understaffinging can cause (something I know a lot about as a nurse). All the while he was calm, cool and collected. Thank you for doing what you do so well, you clearly need to have a substantial increase in pay.“

“Employees so dumb u can't even get a steak egg abd cheese mcgriddle right it comes out as bacon. Even though the guy at the window even Saud here your steak egg and cheese mcgriddle. Not happy not the first time this location gas screwed up a simple sandwich. I have learned my lesson go to burger King if u want your order right“
