Food was good and order came out fast but the guy working the front window just hands me my drinks and bag without saying a word. got shorted on a fry. what happened to good customer service anyway?? a simple thank you or have a nice day goes a long way in this Industry. "if you don't treat the customer right, somebody else will". have a great day.

The Filet of Fish and Mocha Frappe were great. I had to wait over 5 minutes at the drive up pickup windows for the car in front of me to receive their order. The restaurant was empty. There was literally not one customer in the restaurant and the toilet paper container in the Men's restroom was destroyed.
Brunswick Pleasant St McDonald’s has the friendliest staff of any I have been to. The restaurant inside is always clean and well taken care of. Customers know staff names and vice versa, and they treat their repeat customers like family.

The store was also understaffed, but the manager, Lutrell, was praised for his cheerful attitude and calmness despite the busy situation. Customers appreciated his helpfulness and felt he deserved a raise. Overall, the staff’s hard work and friendliness are notable, but occasional delays and service issues have been experienced.
