We found them at the marsh River co-op and grabbed a delicious chocolate chip cookie, whoopie pie and slice of lemon raspberry cake.
So delicious and not gritty or dry. I love sampling gluten free bakeries and this one is great.
Ordered a lemon cake with raspberry frosting and filling for boss’s birthday. In all honesty, a lot of gluten free baked goods I’ve had before never really matched up to the real thing. The cake was delicious, held up well traveling to and from work, and was incredibly moist. If you had told me it was gluten free and vegan I genuinely wouldn’t have believed you if I didn’t know. Would highly recommend, if you are gluten free or not!
