I dine in and use the drive thru a few times a week, most of the year. Staff is friendly, efficient and demonstrates great customer service. Dining area and restroom are clean. Plenty of product stocked, baked goods are fresh. Breakfast sandwiches hit the spot as well. This is a busy location and they have good help, will continue to support this location.
Since covid I have not been inside not sure the atmosphere. 2 times the hot coffee has spilt in my lab once with a suit on..keep advising them not to fill cups as high cause the hot coffee expands the cover so it falls off. NO ONE LISTENS!
Ultimately, it's another Dunkin'. The breakfast sandwich was pretty good, but the same as any other one. Not a place to make sure to go, but you know what's you're getting.
