“We had the Fish & Chips and Fish Burger. They were excellent; large fillets of haddock that filled the plate (not triangular or square cuts of fish). Choice of fries or salad. Homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce. Lovely ambience with gas and electric fireplace stoves. Quiet background music that made conversation easy. The selection of menu items going to nearby tables looked delicious too. Staff were very attentive. No long waits. Highly recommend. We will be back.“
“My family had a Easter Eve dinner at Fitzgeralds on Saturday.From the start Christine told us that they had set us up in the room that connects to the deck.There were 9 people in our party and she did a fantastic job as she took care of us.The food, as usual, was excellent.We highly recommend Fitzgeralds.Great friendly staff, great food and drink, and great overall service.“
“Stopped in for the first time & was highly impressed! our waitress, was so fun and very attentive!! Service was fast, food was good, portions were nice sized. The outside deck has nice views of Canada. Fried mushrooms were very good. Pizza was excellent and cooked perfectly. Fish and chips were well battered and fries were crispy.“
“Store was very clean including the restroom. The staff was friendly and polite. The food looked fresh and everything was made perfect. The only downfall was their coolers are turned down too low and it froze the cucumbers and turned them mushy. That probably just saved me from a belly ache later anyway. :)“

“superb. We were there at an overlap period between lunch and dinner. Decided to go with dinner choices "Day in Italy" was outstanding - all smaplings were top-notch. Broiled Captain's Platter might have been even better - very fresh, spot-on preparation. We wanted dessert, but couldn't handle it. Waitress and chef/owner were very friendly and helpful. Can recommend highly enough. Will plan future visits to the area around a stop here.“
