They should call it the great table. It's a wonderful restaurant. The food is cooked to perfection, Wait staff is very attentive
Excellent
Great service, vibes, and food!
Had the fish chowder, a house salad and the chicken. The chowder is superb, the salad was generous and the chicken was very good.
We had a very pleasant dinner - nice flavors, beautiful presentation, attractive dining room, friendly and helpful service. The fish chowder was outstanding, the crab cake was good (I liked the pickled onions that came with it). The steak with horseradish was good and was a perfect medium rare.
This was a very special treat for us, especially after having several meals at the SeaGlass restaurant just down the street. The chef at The Good Table is truly one of the best. I think they could do a little at improving the ambiance.
We came in for a Father’s Day brunch and our server, blonde lady with braids was great and so was everyone else but the food was really sup par. Chicken sandwich had weird breading and lacked flavor, the hollandaise tasted of just butter, the potatoes and English muffin and sandwich bun were burnt, hash was bland and so were the omelettes. It was really rough today with the food and even the waitstaff knew. The food took over and hour to come out but our server stilled checked on us twice and kept us updated which was appreciated, she even said that the kitchen was “hanging on by a thread.” It’s just a little ironic when the food takes forever and it’s burnt, I’m sure this was not up to the standards that this restaurant has for itself but it was pretty unacceptable given its was over 30$ per person with no real drinks either. I hope this was just an off day for them but I felt bad that the wait staff had to deal with the kitchen being as bad as it was as I’m sure others had issues today as well.
From start to finish a wonderful brunch experience. Reservation system worked great. Hostess and wait staff were super helpful when we changed tables to add an extra seat. Food was delicious. Eggs Bennie and the potatoes were to die for. And thank you for delicious cinnamon bun with a candle to honor our friend’s birthday. We had a terrific time and will be back again.
We found the brunch menu very limited. The taste of the food was good, but portions were relatively small for the price. We substituted the toast (on one of the meals) for an english muffin and they did not have peanut butter or strawberry jam. Also, there was a $3 up-charge. Most restaurants do not have an up-charge for this, and the server did not mention the up-charge. What really ‘grinded my gears’ was the Kitchen Wellness (3%) charge that is automatically added to the bill. There was no mention of this up-charge either. This half-baked concept comes from Massachusetts. To be clear, cost is NOT an issue for us, but we adamant about getting value for our money. I do not believe we will be returning to The Good Table restaurant. A disappointing experience.
I had the Quiche! And my first ever Bloody Mary. Beautiful presentation, ?. The Quiche was perfectly fluffy with a crispy crust! Side salad with it was a perfect portion size. Our waiter was so friendly and checked in at the perfect times to be sure we liked everything.

Food is excellent as well as the service. The main dining area is a little loud and crowded/cramped but that would not deter me from going there again. Been 2x and the food and service is very good!

Ordered the peach pie in anticipation of The pie piece was small for $12 and very little peach filling compared to my dining partner. The double crust was thick and very tough, I did not finish.
I suggest the cookies which my friends ordered.

The service was amazing. The food is great for New England tastebuds. I asked for sweet tea, knowing the answer, and the waiters response was hilarious. The place is quaint and delightful.
