Haddock boat was good but the fish batter wasn't as crispy as I would have liked but the fries were excellent. Prices are on the expensive side for the food and portions but the scenery can't be beat!
Lobster Shack at Two Lights has become our go-to stop for lobster rolls whenever we're in Maine. These rolls are the ideal in my mind - plenty of meat, mayo (Kewpie, I'm pretty sure) on top but removable if you don't like it, and a nicely toasted buttered piece of bread. I do not know why the lobster itself tastes soooo much better than pretty much any other roll I've had.... But it has this really nice lightly salted but still fresh flavor. We stopped here on our way through Maine and we're not disappointed. We were able to explore the nearby beach and rocky area while waiting. The view from the restaurant is fantastic. We got the lobster rolls, fried clams, and clam chowder. All the food was so fresh and tasty, even better when enjoying the view from the outside seating area!
