The views are spectacular. It was pretty busy in the morning but the staff was very friendly, Stephanie took our order and she was amazing. Coffee was great, unfortunately they were out of croissants but I’m sure I’ll try them next time.
We stayed at CH July 22 - July 27th, 2023. Restaurant staff lacked training. We dinned at Tiller and Terrace and each time the service was slow at best. We had to ask repeatedly for a waiter/waitress, food came out wrong, drinks came out wrong, missing silverware, and so on. Both indoor and outdoor furniture was not clean. Would not recommend wearing white. Windows, glass partitions and railing not clean Common areas were not straighten up at the end of the day. Overall, things...
We had family lunch recently with some family members travelling a long distance. Although the hotels location scenery and decor is amazing the service in the restaurant is so bad. Mix up with orders, mix up with drinks, mix up with bill. No communication between waiting staff and kitchen staff. Had a word with the Manager and nothing resolved!
