I ordered an energy cold brew ice coffee, over $6, which is cold brew coffee and a fresh brew espresso shot why was this lady saying they were trained to put fake Imitation espresso shot. If your going to change the way it is made should change the price to. This dunkin is nasty everytime.
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by employees Lucas and John. Their friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. Not only did they ensure my order was perfect, but they also went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. Kudos to Lucas and John for outstanding customer service

To all the complainers, as a staff member of this DD franchise store, you are correct, very often we are out of any number of items for various reasons, and the staff is full of mostly kids, and I can tell you that for the most part, they do hustle. What the public doesn't see is the narrow paths that we have to work within, constantly avoiding head on collisions with each other in an abundant effort to keep the customers moving thru at a reasonable pace.
