I ordered the haddock basket. Very nice size pieces, not mostly fried outside. Fish was good and filling. Most places have left me desiring more fish. Not so here, they give you 3 to 4 very large pieces. There was only one guest that came in and felt it was his right to handle a business call in the restaurant, he could have stepped out to his car.
I love having Majek in town. Generous portions, friendly service, delicious food... Majek is just so consistently good and we love going there. I love getting their steak bomb or their calzones. But I love their seafood too, especially their lobster rolls (I go too often to splurge on one every time).
I got a lobster roll and it was ok. Nothing great. My husband got a chicken basket and he said the chicken and breading were tasteless. He killed it with catsup. The Cole slaw was more like soup. Too runny! Did not look good enough to try it. Service was very slow.
