The nitro cold brew which is clearly marked, was ignored by the employees who stated they couldn't find the nitro cold brew.
Ordered a refresher with less ice cause they seem to fill ice all the way to top which gives less liquid and I had oat milk in it went in to get my drink the thing looked like snow thats how white it looked when my actual drink is pink so I asked for more refresher and they were giving me a hard time about it cause I asked for less ice apparently when u ask for less ice they give u alot of milk and less refresher which is weird the manager on duty was shacking her head at me...read full review
The owner needs to come and spend time there and talk to customers and see how the place is really running cause the works there and there service is rude hustle and disrespectful and the owner should have a way to let people get a hold of them to let them know what's happening
