I love Starbucks I just wish this locations hours were better, 7-2 T-F and only open until 3:30 on the weekends. This is their biggest downside, please start staying open later

I stop to get a chai tea latte to bring with me to go to Aldi in same parking lot. Today is did a Pumpkin Spice Creme Frappe. First of the season and used my rewards to buy it.

Employees often remember regular customers, leave nice messages on cups, and make conversation while waiting for a drink. Popular drinks include hot mocha, gingerbread chai, and pink drink. The gingerbread chai is really good and made quickly. Staff are super friendly and often help with card problems, even paying for a customer when a card keeps declining. The service is always amazing and consistent, and orders placed online are usually correct. Many visitors enjoy the pleasant young employee at the front counter who remembers a skull hat and makes the day better. The staff also draw on cups and write things that give a kick to customers. While most visits are great, some customers have experienced errors with orders and rude tones, which can cause fear of asking for help. The staff also take short rests when staff can. The service is always amazing and the staff are super kind and friendly.
