Always get coffee when I see a Dunkin
People were very pleasant to talk with, good service.
Used to be great, the last 6 months have been terrible service, constantly forgetting things like cold foam which cost extra, and instead of pouring some of the coffee out, they only put 2 sips of cold foam on top of the coffee already made incorrectly, attitude from the employees having to add what they missed too are poor too, shouldn't roll your eyes at me for your mistake. Won't be returning to this location, thankful to have options of dunkins in Waterville.
