I got a mobile order and they didn't add the flavor to my coffee, and my bagel had so little cream cheese that I shouldn't have ordered it, this is not the first time this has happened and I'm sure if your starving it's fine but in my opinion it is not worth ordering food from this

I keep trying to like this DD, but every time, I'm sorry I stopped. Either my order is wrong, I wait a half hour in line to be told at the window they're out of the thing I just ordered. It's super frustrating.... Worst service of any DD I've ever visited. Less people outside smoking butts, and more people inside working perhaps? Ugh

Staff is wonderful and coffees are on point.But they need more support from management and/or corporate!!!They are having work done on their sidewalk this week and the lobby must be closed--they requested Online ordering be turned off temporarily but it's still active.This led to me waiting 15+ minutes in line at the drive thru, after ordering online 15 minutes prior to THAT, and at the window the order wasn't even started!I understand the need to triage, I've worked in food service for a long time, so they were doing drive thru orders mixed with on-the-go to stymie the flow. I'm not frustrated at the workers--they are amazing and working their hardest in one of the most emotionally draining industries there are.If the on the go had been turned off, I would have known what to expect. I suggested this to them, and they stated that they requested but nothing happened.Support your workers! They have to deal with sleepy and often cranky people in the morning waiting for their fix!

Lobby is closed so the line is around the building and out to the road creating more traffic. Bad business practices

We went around 8:30a on a Saturday and there was no lobby service, only drive thru. There was a line around the building so we gave up and went elsewhere.

Great store and great staff! I went several times this week and I believe it is fairly new. They were short staffed, so no ordering in the lobby during specific times, but they still had amazing attitudes and great service!

I arrived at five fifty four in the drivethru To get my wife a coffee for her birthday.store was Closed. Window sticker on drive thru says close at seven looked on website It says they close at six. Should change your information to whenever we feel like it. Unfortunately I cannot rate the food or service because I didn't get either.

waited in line for 15 minutes because the lobby was closed, because the manager said she didn’t want to open. I then called to complain to the manager directly, was very respectful as I’ve worked in customer service, my whole life, she told me, Word for Word, that my comments mean absolutely nothing to her.
