I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. ☕️ I'm not able to rate the food as I'm allergic to everything they make. I can't eat anything they offer. The service was good except for the fact that they gave me someone else's coffee. I'm just glad I didn't take a sip. It was supposed to be a black coffee. I'd go everyday if I could afford it, but the price for a cup of coffee ☕️ is just getting too steep.
Staff is wonderful and coffees are on point.But they need more support from management and/or corporate!!!They are having work done on their sidewalk this week and the lobby must be closed--they requested Online ordering be turned off temporarily but it's still active.This led to me waiting 15+ minutes in line at the drive thru, after ordering online 15 minutes prior to THAT, and at the window the order wasn't even started!I understand the need to triage, I've worked...
Great store and great staff! I went several times this week and I believe it is fairly new. They were short staffed, so no ordering in the lobby during specific times, but they still had amazing attitudes and great service!
