Love this little family owned eatery and recommend everyone go there for lunch. It’s small so not everyone at the same time! Ask for Mindy - she’s the best!

A few details made me come to this conclusion.
1. Didnt seem very busy yet we were not greeted or acknowledged for almost a full minute. Someone who came in after us was greeted and served first.
2. Most importantly, the servers seemed stressed almost to the point of being manic. I think it was the perceived pressure from the hostess that was bringing the quality of the service and atmosphere down. A hostile hostess, if you would.
3. And lastly, I didn't like the muffy one bit. Too much meat, even for a meaty sandwich.

This place in Damarascotta was wonderful! We loved the atmosphere, the staff was so nice and attentive. The food was excellent. We are a divided family with some wanting sea food and others who won't eat it. This place had both and was so good!

This is a cute spot in town with something for everyone: A delicious sandwich, cold beer, or ice cream cone. The proprietor Missy is a gem! A funny hardworking local young woman who keeps this place moving with a big heart and a sharp tongue. The inside has a cute bar and some small tables, retro booths, cool upside down tuba light fixtures, and lots of Bigfoot art. The seating outside offers a nice view of the river. We were here on 4th of July. Missy was running tables when we came for ice cream at noon and still running a busy bar when we came back for a drink and to watch the fireworks at 9 pm. Hardworking lady! She chats with everyone and I saw her give free sodas to all the kids that came in. Prices are fair and the vibe is relaxed. Highly recommend!

Rude! owner waited on us, apparently 2 rounds of drinks for 6 people wasn’t good enough if you’re not a “local” in a tourist town. Her words not mine. . So we started to order and my friend asked for fries without the cheese and bacon and was told “don’t ask for anything different”. Never been spoken to that way in a place before. She was pretty angry with us, I guess maybe because we just wanted to order apps? We left.

Had the Ceaser Salad with Homemade Chicken Salad and it was so delicious! Already can't wait to go again, Staff was very Nice and Friendly!!

Highly recommend stopping in for lunch. I ordered the hotdog and macaroni. Both were great! The macaroni & cheese is homemade and came in a large bowl. Wonderful experience! We will be back!

Slow service for a morning menu. Good food and friendly service.

We did not get as far as ordering so I cannot comment on the food.

Four of us came in for lunch, we weren’t greeted so took a seat in a largely empty place. A woman was loitering near the bar but we couldn’t be sure if she was working or not. After a while one of us approached her to see if we had to order at the bar and we were handed menus and told to take our 2 water bottles off the table because they were from outside. Can understand somewhat but four people for lunch and drinks should be worth more than nitpicking my pregnant wife’s refillable water bottle.

She walked off before taking my drink order. We noticed there was a fee on the menu for sharing - we weren’t planning on it but after the unfriendly welcome and the curt ‘service’ we were put off. As we left the person shouted something after us. It was all a bit of an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

Went to King Eider’s pub instead where they were very nice and friendly.
