Very popular place for a country breakfast, and now I know why. Wonderful baked goods! I asked for a bowl of oatmeal, and the server asked if I knew how big that was. I opted for a cup instead, which was as large as my regular bowl at home.
Wow. As we make our way around Sangerville, we occasionally find great places to eat. I have written before about the Farmers Table down in Corinna, a great place. Now we have Spencer's, a hidden gem. The home cooked food at breakfast or dinner is fantastic. My favorite is the fried clams with onion rings. Fantastic! Treat yourself and visit Spencer's - you'll be so glad you did. I can't wait to go again.Oh, and the homemade meat pies are to die for.

We felt like we were in the middle of a Hallmark Christmas movie with such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our server, Tina, was amazing and the owner knew everyone by name. And the most important part, the food was delicious & a good value. I would definitely recommend, and we will be back!
