“Walked in to smiles and the best people you will ever meet. We went here for both breakfast and dinner and WOW! - what an incredible experience. Breakfast - Homemade biscuits and English Muffins with sausage, egg and cheddar! YUM! Donuts to die for. The barbecue - delicious. We got everything and everything was great. Loved the burnt ends, ribs, coleslaw! Go here - you will be glad you did!”

“the man ( who i can only assume is the owner and the woman( manager?) to whom he was speaking behind the counter didn't bother to speak to any of the patrons in the store. The staff was unfriendly and rude. The store was NOT busy ( 5 patrons total) so it wasn't due to that. Completely disappointing and not a good look for, as I overheard him say, " up and coming" Monson or the Moosehead Lake Region. I will not go back.”

“I enjoy this location so overall giving a good rating. My only issue with every Dunkin is I ask for cold brew and I get iced coffee. They always try to give you iced coffee when they are out of cold brew like you won't notice and it really pisses me off like I can't tell it's not cold brew just tell me you're out at the moment.”

“Thanksgiving morning, the drive thru line was out to the street and the line inside was just as long. Everyone on staff was very pleasant and greeted us with smiles despite working on a busy holiday. Considering the lines, our food came out fast and it was well constructed and perfectly toasted. It hit the spot!”

The last time I ordered sesame chicken we could not eat any of it because it was so hard and impossible to chew thru. Which was disappointing especially because a few weeks prior we had ordered the exact same thing and it was perfect. They definitely possess the skills needed to make really good food however sometimes fall short. It is hit or miss. Which is frustrating when the price of the food is too expensive to throw away without leaving a scar on your soul along with a hole in your wallet. When it's good it's great. But when it's bad it's sadly really bad and memorable. Especially considering the wait time for food. It really sucks to burn $50.00-$100.00, wait 45 mins to get your food that you end up throwing out. I ask myself every time I dial their number to place an order if I'm feeling lucky, cause it's a gamble ...a real toss of the dice. So folks...make sure to cross your fingers🤞next time u order from here.”
