An impromptu lunch along the road was an unexpected delight. We opted to sit inside although seating outside afford a beautiful view of Lake Hebron. The menu was varied, food we selected delicious.
My family love this restaurant. Usually go after a hike in Monson. This time it was for takeout. My husband and son got the mushroom ravioli. Excellent. I got the pot roast. Delicious!! Best I ever had. Only probem was I forgot to remind them to get me a side of french fries. Love those fries!. Be prepared to wait for the food. Believe me it's worth it.

Steak Bomb! Steak Bomb! Steak Bomb! Wow was that a great sandwich! They have a good beer menu and we had some quesadillas that were also very good. Great ambiance for a cold January day and I bet in the summer when the lake is not frozen it can be even better! Service was very good as well. We ate in the bar and it was a little loud but not too distracting. I'm planning to return when I'm back up this way.
