In Eliot at lunchtime, I stopped in at East Mountain Chinese Restaurant. After looking over the menu, I ordered the L.10 - Chicken Chow Mein with Pork Fried Rice & Chicken Fingers as the optional appetizer. It was $7.95. With 63 cents Maine Meals Tax, the total was $8.58. Amazing food, with very generous proportions. We always love to stop here when we are passing through, or if we are in the area. It's the best Chinese takeout in Southern Maine. The staff is always friendly, and always gets our order correct. We've liked everything that we have tried here. Take the time to try it out. You definitely won't regret it!
Fantastic Chinese food! The food was great as were the portion sizes. We have so much food that we'll have left-overs for days. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and it was easy to place our take-out order over the phone. The food was ready on time and it was easy to find the restaurant. We will be back!
