Great meal, menu changes constantly leading to new culinary adventures. The egg plant fries in soy sauce are delicious and the deserts are miniature cakes! Would recommend to everyone. Also the drinks rotate and are

Hosts were very accommodating. Great wait staff. Food took a little longer to get out but the hash brown crab Rangoon was incredible! Whoever came up with this recipe should be put into the hall of fame.Burgers were cooked perfectly. Pink on the inside and a char on the outside. Definitely upgrade your fries to the spiced toppings.I love the ambiance. It has a cigar lounge/downtown feel and there was a younger child helping around the place which really gave it that home town feel.A bit pricey with an odd caveat on the menu for a small surcharge but with 2 burgers, upgraded fries, a bowl of Mac and cheese for the little guy plus the appetizer we made out right at $100 with a tip.Would definitely recommend.(Owner engages with customers. A+ in my book)

PKB is the best we have found in the area. The chef creates bold masterpieces that challenge normal restaurant dishes. His portions and prices are reasonable also. I never leave hungry or with an empty wallet. PKB tries new ideas to serve the community and survive as a business in today's market.Keep up the great work, and my pallet looks forward to future tantalizing creations to tease it.

Where ART MEETS CULINARY EXPERIENCE. This is the absolute best smash burger i have had in my entire life. I have traveled the country looking for that perfect ratio simple sized smash burger and this is IT. Perfect ingredients, perfectly done. Not that gargantuan slab of ground beef with over bearing toppings. Congratulations Chef. You WIN.

My experience was phenomenal, My wife and I went on Valentine's day. Our server, I believe his name was Billy was excellent he even took the time to see if I liked my drink, which I did both cocktails I had were uniquely delightful. The food was also stupendous, very flavourful and prepped with care by an expert. my wife had French cuisine and I had Italian. The atmosphere, had a very 1920's art deco speakeasy theme which lent to the wonderful evening. The only detraction was we were seated near the door and every time it opened my wife and I were blasted with frigid Maine winter air, but that's more the weather than the establishment.

I really like this place and have never had a bad meal. Sadly tonight the service was friendly but quite slow. I think they even forgot our food as it finally came out just luke warm. Still tasty but still…maybe too busy tonight?

A-maze-ing. Fantastic job! A couple of the chefs came out to check to see how we liked things. Friends had the pork chops. Loved them. We had scallops and eggplant meat balls. Scallops perfectly cooked, mushrooms and citrus. Eggplant meatballs fun and interesting. Citrusy undertones on a lot of the dishes including brussel sprouts. Not sure if that was the theme that night or their style. Good beer and wine selection. I would take off a 1/2 star for server not knowing much about pairings with beer or wine, but I ran into that a lot in Maine (can't ask so much from seasonal help I guess). And it took a little too long to get food going. But that's being nit-picky. Great job guys! I hope you stick around.

By far and away, one of the most beautiful vintage bar/restaurants on this part of the Maine Coast. We went in early for a cocktail and snack, and were stunned by the spectacular woodwork, the attentive service, and the Delicious food and drinks. Don't sleep on the Clam Chowder that has a couple of perfectly Fried Clams on top!!
