Every plate our family of six had was exceptional. We especially enjoyed the peach burrata and tuna nacho appetizers, as well as the scallop entrees. It is a treat to have some many interesting choices, all expertly prepared. We will return again soon.
Don't miss Provender on a trip through Ellsworth/Acadia. This is a well-run restaurant whose owners clearly care about food and service. We had mussels, scallops and a duck pasta special that were all top-notch. Local draft beer selection. Save room for dessert!
We visited Provender for its special Valentine's Day dinner and were glad we did.\n\nWe sampled both the French and the Italian options. The French meal, which featured two courses with duck, was outstanding.
