The customer service when walking into this establishment was poor. It was my first time getting food from here and it was ruined by the staff. Not coming back

Why would you be accepting door dash orders if you're closed? Door dash calls me 1 hr after order to say there was an error and the store didn't turn off the ordering ...

We ordered a large cheese pizza and two subs last night via Uber Eats. We didn’t get our subs and the pizza was nothing but greasy slime and utterly disgusting.
In response to the idiotic and totally unprofessional response from the business: Maybe YOU should correct your menu on Uber Eats as the Italian stallion and turkey lovers are CLEARLY listed under SUBS, not calzones. Don't worry, though; the pizza was so horrible that we won't be ordering again the next time we're in that area!

We will absolutely never order again. I ordered the chicken and broccoli teriyaki. It came loaded full of mushrooms. Nowhere does it say that that item comes with mushrooms. I'm allergic to them you guys should really be sticking to what you menu says instead of free lancing it when your making peoples food. By far the worst experience I have ever had in my life as far as food service goes. You could kill someone doing these kind of things man

Great pizza- Light and crispy crust, perfect distribution of toppings. Gyro supreme was a flavor sensation!
Friendly, competent staff/service. Utilitarian decor/lighting. All-around pleasant experience

The family that owns this works incredibly hard every day to bring the most delicious selection of quality food. The menu is endless. There is something for everyone, including Mediterranean specialties and desserts. It's takeout only but worth the trip!

Door dashers beware. They will make the wrong size pizza for your customer, you will be the one to point it out. You will tell customer what happened. Customer will call and be told NO we gave him the right pizza, the driver must have giving it to someone else. Not right!! Do not pick up from here!!! If his very young kids were not working there, the order may have been made correctly.

I was looking for a nice hotdog meal near me and found the perfect spot. I did pickup. Very nice service both over the phone and in person when I grabbed my food. Loved the French fries too.

We've been loyal customers of Fairfield House of Pizza for many years, drawn to its charm as a local, family-owned business. The couple who owns and runs the place has always been kind and pleasant, which made it a joy to support them. However, after not ordering for a few years, our recent experience left much to be desired.Tonight, we ordered two Steak Bomb Sandwiches, expecting the same good value and quality we remembered. To our shock, the total came to $32, which felt steep. I brushed it off as my mistake for not checking the price beforehand, but the real disappointment was the food itself. The meat was dry, the rolls were hard, and the onions and green peppers tasted like they were cooked separately in a microwave—far from the fresh, flavorful subs we used to love. It’s disheartening to see such a decline in quality, especially from a place we’ve supported for so long. I hope this was a one-off and that Fairfield House of Pizza can return to the standard that made it a community favorite. For now, I’d recommend checking prices and maybe sticking to their pizza or other menu items.

We were hungry and looking for a place for a late lunch. We were kind of starving! After passing several closed restaurants we saw the House of Pizza and decided to give it a try. A server took our order promptly and assured us a large pizza would be enough. We ordered the Vegetable pizza. It was huge, delicious, fresh and just wonderful! Had a great lunch, can’t wait return!
So good
