“I had such a wonderful experience here! The sushi was absolutely delicious and fresh. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the service was excellent. Everyone treated us so nicely and made us feel very comfortable. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place! ❤“

“Service was prompt and excellent. The nigiri sushi was some of the best I’ve had in this country. The tempera was exceptional, very light batter and fresh out of the pot. If the traditional grated daikon and ginger had been served with the tempera dipping sauce it would have been as good as any tempera in Japan.“

“Living in rural Vermont, I don’t really have any options for sushi or poke bowls near me. So when I saw this food truck at the Role Model concert in Portland last night, I just had to try it out. Their food is delicious, the staff is so kind as well! If you only have one choice to eat at a food truck, make it this one!!“
