Amazing quality food with generous portions! The fish quality was amazing, over all great experience from a food truck.
Great Wave Sushi is a really fun Portland sushi option with a little more creativity than the usual roll menu. The combinations pull in some Hawaiian and American influences, which keeps things interesting, and the casual setup makes it easy to grab something without committing to a formal dinner. Definitely worth checking out if you like sushi but want something a little different.
Living in rural Vermont, I don’t really have any options for sushi or poke bowls near me. So when I saw this food truck at the Role Model concert in Portland last night, I just had to try it out. Their food is delicious, the staff is so kind as well! If you only have one choice to eat at a food truck, make it this one!!
