Living in rural Vermont, I don’t really have any options for sushi or poke bowls near me. So when I saw this food truck at the Role Model concert in Portland last night, I just had to try it out. Their food is delicious, the staff is so kind as well! If you only have one choice to eat at a food truck, make it this one!!
Fresh local tuna sushi burrito was hella good. Delicious and filling!
