“We took a chance and stopped here for dinner. Absolutely delicious!!! I'm not much of a "drinker" and I didn't want anything too strong or sweet. I wish I remembered the name of the drink but it had white sangria and blood orange flavor. It was perfect. I got the eggplant sandwich and it was a 10/10. Highly recommend!“

“My husband and I just had lunch at the Sam’s Italian Restaurant in Augusta, Maine. The cranberry almond chicken salad sandwich was excellent, and I had to save half of it for later because it was so huge. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and he said it was the best he ever had. Kind, friendly employees. The place was nice and clean. Glad we found this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon.“

Very family-style and cozy. The staff is kind and attentive. We stopped in the night before Thanksgiving and it was as if the whole restaurant was celebrating together. “I saw that this place had some not so good reviews and I don't understand why. The pizza was some of the best I have ever had. We were traveling from out of town and not sure of where to eat. Sam's popped up and we said, " let's try it." Not sure of what to order, one of the employees showed us thier specials and we went with that. They saved us money and provided excellent customer service and food. I would highly recommend this place for the pizza at least.“
