It was at the fair so we didn’t expect gourmet dining or beautiful decor but everything we ordered (French dip sandwich, clam chowder, mac n cheese, salad) were so bad we left most of it. Waitress commented “wasn’t what you were expecting?” but seemed uninterested. She told us it was cash only and we over tipped because we had no small bills and she never came to pick up the check/money after dropping it off. The owners are some of the best people that I know and who I have formerly worked for and no longer do since a fire destroyed the restaurant, almost 15 years ago. I can HONESTLY say that it's sad not to see the original Fandangle's Restaurant still up and running today:(
Waitress was very sweet and Turkey dinner was good, until I found a black hair in my stuffing.
